  • Describe the neurological benefits of meditation and develop clinical strategies for changing habits
  • Identify how body awareness supports self-regulation and emotional development
  • Develop strategies for establishing positive mind states and for managing challenging clients
  • Incorporate mind-body strategies and biofeedback techniques into treatment.
