Overview

This course will offer updates on insomnia, circadian rhythms, narcolepsy, sleep apnea, and more from top Harvard experts.This year, guest speakers include a national expert in legal issues in sleep medicine, as well as an international expert in narcolepsy, who will discuss novel diagnostic and treatment methods including interpretation of CSF results.

Faculty: include internationally renowned lecturers from multiple Harvard Affiliated hospitals, as well as national and international experts in sleep. The goals of the course are to improve your understanding of sleep physiology including impact of sleep on endocrine, cardiovascular, immune, and neurological functions, and provide up-to-date information on major sleep disorders and practical guides to treatment. The course will incorporate didactic lectures, question and answer periods, and practice sessions.
