Nutrition is a vital part of Lifestyle Medicine, which not only prevents disease, but is integral to the treatment, management (and reversal) of many non-communicable chronic diseases such as type-2 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, stroke, high cholesterol, many cancers including breast and colon, depression, anxiety, osteoarthritis, and sexual health issues.
This course includes five practice sessions in small groups. Each session has been lengthened to 90 minutes, and up to 10 people can register per group. The course will repeat in three cohorts during FY22, with several groups available on different day and times:
Registrants must complete the CHEF Coaching the Basics within the past three years as a prerequisite.
